Shipment Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high order volume, a slight delay may occur. Should there be a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges will be accurately calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Upon shipping your order, a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We do not assume responsibility for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility, including tariffs and taxes.

Damages: We regret to inform you that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact the shipment carrier promptly to initiate a claim. It is imperative to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
